Bomb Blast Rocks Taraba State

Eleven people, including three suicide bombers were killed yesterday in a bomb blast that shook the City of Jalingo, Taraba State capital. The suicide bombers attacked the convoy of Mr Mamman Sule, the Commissioner of Police of the state.



The attack took place a few metres to his office, killing eleven passers-by in the ensuing explosions that shredded the bombers. Twenty people, including an out-rider in the convoy of the commissioner sustained varying degrees of injuries in the attack and they were said to be on danger list at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Jalingo.
